Terms of Sale

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through this website, which uses an on-demand production and printing service provided by specialized third-party partners.

The products available are sold through campaigns or stores managed by SELLERS who use our platform. Each SELLER independently defines designs, products, prices, and content, and is solely responsible for the materials uploaded and for any violations related to the content provided.

All products, unless otherwise specified, are made to order, with production starting only after the order is confirmed. These are therefore personalized products created specifically according to the specifications selected by the customer (design, size, color, variant).

By completing the order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms of Sale and that they are of legal age. We reserve the right to update these terms, but the applicable conditions are always those in effect at the time the order is placed. We encourage customers to keep a copy for their records.

Orders placed constitute a purchase proposal and are subject to confirmation by us or by the production partner. Given the personalized nature of the products, confirmation may be total or partial, depending on material availability, technical feasibility, or other operational reasons. In the event of partial acceptance, the amount corresponding to the unaccepted products will be refunded using the same payment method. Products already in production cannot be modified or cancelled.

PRODUCT PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Product prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are set by the SELLERS.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Prepaid Cards

  • PayPal

Transactions are protected via SSL protocol. Payment information is not stored on our servers: card payments are handled by certified service providers.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING

Delivery times indicated on the site are approximate. Shipping is handled by couriers or postal services selected based on the product and destination.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before checkout. Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email notification with a tracking link when available. Additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts due to customer absence or refusal of the parcel are the customer’s responsibility.

The maximum delivery time is 30 days. Any different delivery indications shown in campaigns are exclusively the responsibility of the SELLER.

If the customer refuses delivery or allows the package to be returned, they will be required to pay the return shipping costs and any additional reshipment costs.

For untracked shipments, in the event of non-delivery, reprinting can be requested only after 30 days from the shipping date. Refunds are not available for these cases.

Any order shipped outside the EU may be subject to non-refundable customs fees.

WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)

Personalized Products

Since production takes place on demand, according to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
If the customer is not satisfied, they may contact us to explore a possible solution together.

Some products may show slight marks due to the printing process; these are normal and disappear after a light rinse.

Non-personalized Products

For non-personalized products, the right of withdrawal is recognized within 14 days, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The customer may notify us via email or through the contact form.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

  • Provide an explicit declaration of their intention to withdraw.

  • Return the product intact and in its original packaging.

  • Include a copy of the purchase document.

  • Send the product back within 14 days; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the withdrawal request, using the same payment method originally used.
Refunds may be withheld until the product has been received or proof of return has been provided.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders containing personalized products cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible: if production has not yet begun, we will do our best to assist.

Orders that have not been processed can always be cancelled within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

Any issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order.

Minor variations in color, cutting, or shape may occur during the printing process and do not constitute defects.
Only technical errors that could have been avoided with current technology are considered defects.

If a defect is confirmed, a replacement product will be provided. If replacement is not possible, the customer may request a refund or a price reduction.

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty.

SECURITY

This website uses HTTPS protocol and does not store credit card or banking information.

INDEMNITY

The customer guarantees that uploaded content (images, texts, designs) does not infringe third-party rights and agrees to indemnify the site and its production partners from any liability.

We are not responsible for the total or partial loss of images, technical issues, malfunctions, or loss of profits resulting from the use of the service.

The customer agrees to hold the site and its partners harmless from any claims or disputes arising from their use of the service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements on this website are protected by intellectual property laws.
The designs featured on the products belong to their respective SELLERS.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the registered office of the site operator, except where consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
